SPA POLICIES
Spa Attire
Please dress comfortably! In order for us to give you the best service for facial or other body treatments, we will provide you with a gown to change in to. Facial and some body treatments include a neck, décolleté, facial, hand and arm massage. If you are more comfortable, you may roll up your pant legs for the foot massage. You may request a scalp massage if you do not want a foot massage.

Scheduling
Appointments are held with a credit card, please have a major credit card number available in order to secure your reservation. At the time of service, you may alternately use a gift certificate. Our services book up very fast, so to ensure your desired appointment time we recommend scheduling your reservation one to two weeks in advance. We highly encourage scheduling standing appointments with us. When scheduling please let us know if you would like to set up a standing appointment. Please call us at 414.530.1247 to schedule your appointment.
Cancellations/No Show Policy
Meraki Spa and Wellness LLC, services are reserved ESPECIALLY for you. When appointments are forgotten or canceled at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to open that appointment to other clients on our waiting list. Please as a courtesy to our clients and staff we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If a 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided or there is a “no show’ the full service that was scheduled will be charged to your credit card. If you are unable to provide a credit card, you have the option to come in and prepay for your services.
Arrival Time
Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us sufficient time to fill out any paperwork, and change into desired spa attire. If you do not arrive on time or are late for your scheduled appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate you however, regretfully your full-service time scheduled may not be possible.

We take great pride in providing the best, most relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for you and our guests, so we ask that you please kindly turn off your cell phone while visiting our spa.
Health Considerations
When scheduling your services with us, please make us aware of any health issues/considerations or accommodations you may have in order to assist us in selecting the most appropriate treatment(s). Treatments for pregnant women are available.
Payment
Meraki Spa and Wellness accepts most major credit/debit cards, as well as cash or checks for all services and products.

Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates that may be purchased in any amount and can be used for any of our wide variety of products and services. All gift certificates expire after one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates are nonrefundable and are not redeemable for cash. Meraki Spa and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary, however this is solely a guideline. Should you choose to leave a gratuity, you may add this in at the time of checkout in the form of cash, check, or debit/credit cards.

Product Returns
Products that are opened may not be returned. Unused, unopened products may be returned with the original sales receipt within 30 days of actual purchase date for an in-house credit here at Meraki Spa and Wellness.

Children
Here at Meraki Spa and Wellness we truly aim to provide the highest level of customer service, as well as the most relaxing and peaceful environment to our clients. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are scheduled for one of our services.
